The 34th annual Trail Trot was on Saturday, September 29, 2019 at Kinsmen Park. The event saw 115 athletes compete in the 2 km race and 71 in 5 km race. Teams represented included the Wawa Running Club, Sault College Cougars, Algoma University Thunderbirds, the Sault Stryders, our club’s ski team, and many local secondary and elementary schools.
Thanks to all those who participated and volunteered. It was a fun day! The Trail Trot is a Soo Finnish Nordic Ski Club fundraiser organized by volunteers, and proceeds go to supporting our programs.
