The Community Coach workshop is NCCP training for Jackrabbit Coaches. Pre-requisites for this course include completion of the following online courses: Multi-sport Coach Initiation in Sport, Introduction to Community Coaching (Cross Country Skiing- ICC), Rule of Two, Safe Sport Training and Making Ethical Decisions Evaluation, Nordic Canada Annual Coaching License. (Soo Finnish Nordic coaches must have an active club membership)
Minimum age to take the course is 14yrs.

The ski club reimburses coaches for the cost of completing this training after they have completed one full season of coaching. If you have already volunteered for a season you can be reimbursed immediately after taking the course. If this is your first year coaching, you can submit for reimbursement at the end of the season.
Prerequisites: T2T (Dryland), MED evaluation, Rule of Two, Safe Sport, Nordic Canada Coach License, (Soo Finnish Nordic coaches must have an active club membership)
