This weekend is a rare convergence of celebration bringing together the Family Day long weekend, Valentine’s Day, and the spirit of the 2026 Winter Olympics. We encourage you to wear your red and white in honour of love, family, and support of our Canadian athletes.
We will be celebrating with a free hot chocolate and cookies Club social at the Soo Finnish tent by the Kinsmen Centre on Saturday at 11:45am, and we will have some treats at 12:20pm in the Kinsmen Centre for our Sunday Bunnies class as well.
In addition, the trails will be skied in REVERSE direction on both Saturday and Sunday during our programming.
Baking volunteers: Nut-free donations may be dropped off the morning of. Algoma Public Health also asks that treats do not contain custards, meringue, or whipped cream/cream cheese-based icings. More info from APH. Thanks for your contribution.
