The Mabel Lake Ski Tour on Sunday, February 28th, saw over 40 skiers come out to enjoy the season’s opening of the trail with campfires, cookies, and an apres-ski lunch. The fresh snow decreased visibility at times, but improved trail quality. Skiers at the creek crossing had an opportunity to try some ‘bush’ curling.
