Planning for the 2026–2027 season is already underway, and we’re reaching out to families, past coaches, assistant coaches, and sweeps to confirm interest in helping with programs next year.
Our programs depend on the time, energy, and enthusiasm of volunteers. Whether you coached last season, helped as a sweep, or are a parent considering getting involved for the first time, we would love to hear from you.
Looking Ahead to 2026–2027, we would like to:
- Offer weekly lessons to more youth
- Have a High School Recreation Group that offers group skiing and technique lessons for youth aged 14-18.
- Add another New Skier Jackrabbit group to welcome more beginners
- Offer two classes on Sunday afternoons for Bunnyrabbits and Level 1 Jackrabbits to increase program flexibility for families
- Continue to offer adult lessons on Saturday mornings
These initiatives will allow us to introduce more youth to cross-country skiing and strengthen our club community, but they depend on having enough volunteers to support safe, fun, and well-organized programs.
