6:00 PM – Doors open, pizza, dessert & refreshments
6:30 PM – AGM presentations begin
8:00 PM – Social at the Tap Room, Northern Superior Brewing Co. 50 Pim Street
What to Expect at the AGM:
- A review of the past years’ accomplishments
- A look at future plans for the Club
- Financial statements for the 2024-25 season
- Financial report for the 2025-26 season
- Presentation of the proposed 2026-27 budget
- Election of individuals to the 2026-27 Board of Directors
