A draft version of the Ski Team Manual is now available for review. This document outlines team expectations, travel procedures, communication guidelines, and other key information to support a positive and consistent experience for all athletes, parents, and coaches.
This manual applies to families and skiers who participate in SFNSC competitive programs, including the Senior and Junior Ski Teams, Racing Rabbits, and Jackrabbits who choose to compete at races and represent SFNSC.
The previous manual was last revised in 2013, and this new version includes important updates to reflect current practices, safety standards, and program growth. The 2025 draft version carries forward the SFNSC legacy while embracing new approaches to meet the needs of today’s skiers and their families.
This manual is being introduced as part of our efforts to improve clarity and coordination within the ski team program. Before it’s finalized, we invite all team members and families and the community at large to review the draft and share your feedback. Your input will help ensure the manual reflects the needs and perspectives of our ski community.
