The Ski Swap on November 17-18 is the kick off to the ski season and always a high energy, positive social time reconnecting with the cross-country ski community.
Please consider volunteering at the Swap; AND Sign up BEFORE November 10 at midnight to be eligible for a door prize!
In addition to the volunteer roles listed on the sign-up form, the Swap Committee is in need of 8 individuals to shadow a lead position: pre-planning, volunteer registration, volunteer coordinator, racking (transportation, set-up and take down), bike intake, floor sales, check-out, and data entry. Please reply to [email protected] to help with the lead roles.
Note: In the past we have had complaints from the public due to volunteers getting deals. If purchasing equipment is a priority for you and you are volunteering Saturday morning, please have someone in line to make your purchase. Alternatively, you can volunteer for a later shift.
