From our popular learn-to-ski Jackrabbit program to competitive ski teams, SFNSC offers high-quality instruction that values safe sport. - Adult Programs
Take advantage of free adult lessons (both classic and skate technique) taught by experienced instructors. New this year – a masters training group! - Wax Facilities
The Blue Clubhouse is heated in the winter and has ski profiles to help you wax your skis. We offer waxing workshops. Please respect our non-fluoro policy. - Socials Events
We love inviting all our members to enjoy a hot dog, cookie, or warm drink on the side of the trail. - Race Hosting and Training
Hosting races gives our members the opportunity to compete in high-quality events on their home trails. The equipment, facilities, and volunteer expertise strengthens our Club while supporting other community organizations and activities such as cycling events and school cross-country running. - Trail Support
As a member, you’re supporting the maintenance and development of trails and infrastructure year-round. Your involvement benefits local citizens and visitors using the area. Please note that winter trail passes are purchased through Hiawatha Highlands. - Benefits Beyond the Club. Membership in Soo Finnish Nordic also includes affiliation with Nordiq Canada, Cross Country Ski Ontario, and the Northern Ontario District connecting you to the broader skiing community and providing additional value, including:
